In Iche, our restaurant-school, we offer you culinary workshops and cooking classes where you can learn how to prepare traditional Manabita dishes (sal prieta, chocolate, traditional sweets, viche, corviche, ceviche, cassava bread…) and you can learn how to use of the Manabita.
